Tracy Sheldon is Marketing Director Europe for AGI Media Europe, part of MWV (MeadWestvaco Corporation), one of the World’s leading packaging companies serving the media and entertainment, cosmetics and personal care, home and garden and the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.  The company has market-leading positions in its businesses, and operates in more than 30 countries.

AGI Media specialises in the home entertainment market.  Tracy was originally a graphic designer moving from print through to design and product development.  Her career has spanned conceptual design, advertising, product innovation and development, managing global ranges for companies like Gillette and Unilever, and working closely with wines and spirits development on brands such as the Smirnoff Black initial launch.

More recently she was the General Manager for AGI Media Creative (AGI Solutions) based in London, servicing the entertainment industry with design, artwork and repro – managing a team of Directors and 180 plus staff.  She recently moved to the new role of Marketing Director Europe with a key driver to form a new marketing team across Europe.  Tracy is passionate about packaging and the AGI/MWV brand of companies; she has worked across many markets, building and driving strategic change to ensure the business is in the forefront of the marketplace.

Tracy has managed company turnarounds, developmental change, strategic mergers and built teams in design, localisation, print, sales and marketing.  She has twenty years plus experience in the business, working in areas from brand and product innovation through to strategic change management and always feels there is never an end to learning and developing for the future – which makes for an interesting and exciting time.
