EAM has introduced an enhancement to its popular Flexible DVD Packaging System, which allows the DVD Pac Plus to be loaded with empty DVD cases and then operate automatically. The new automated system, allows one operator to keep multiple DVD Pac Plus units loaded with empty cases and even tend to other packaging functions. With the ability to add several DVD Pac Plus units, the system can produce from 20 cases per minute up to 80 cases per minute. EAM’s new Flexible Packaging System can also be configured to handle the new BluRay and HD DVD formats.
