M2 has developed and manufactured complete replication lines for the optical media industry since 1995 and more than 1000 systems are in operation worldwide. M2 is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. The company has subsidiaries in USA, Singapore, Thailand and The Netherlands and these are complemented by a worldwide network of agents and distributors. In 2006, a dedicated manufacturing facility was established in Thailand for the production of machines for the mastering and replication of the current and future generations of optical media. The diversification strategy of M2 includes the development of new technologies for the injection molding of consumer electronic devices and photovoltaic solar cell production.
